I will be there to guide you guys through the rehersal.
Thereafter,10-15councillors would be required to stay back after rehersal for ushering duty.(Parent's Night)
Preferably, people who stay near by as it is stretched till about 9pm...

SEC 1: pls be reminded that you have to come to school for the Hildan torch practice on Mon 22th Dec. from 9am to 12 pm. outside council room. thank you!=))

SEC 2 councilors who are involved in the orientation camp: pls be reminded to attend the camp briefing on Fri 26th sec at 1 pm.

1.SONG ITEM.I need to meet you all one of these days to learn and practice for the song.Perhaps,we could do it on the day when you all come back for work review,but from what i know its stretched over a period of 2 days. Hence,we need to arrange for another day.

2. Sec 1 REGISTRATION
i do not need to have a pre-meeting, but we will have briefing an hour before the actual thing starts. Full Details are not out yet but just keep that day free:)

To all year 2008 Sec 1 councilors (other then CC Councilors):

You all will be having your work review with Mr Tay and myself (Eliza). Mr Tay is kind enough to let you all choose which days you are free to come down to sch for work review. But sadly, there is a week limit. The week that you are expected to come down would be the second week of the month December. The days are, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12. Please reply ASAP to Eliza by smsing her or calling her at 98705467(do not prank call me - i have your numbers!!). When doing so, tell her which days you are free, from what time to what time and if you are not free that whole week, please state why.
